Watercolors are beginning to be a love for me. The first one I did was of Italy. These are not in order of when I did them. I progressed and also discovered that good paints matter. The Lilly and the Japanese painting were done with a cheap set of Walmart paints, tand he tiger was done right afterward with the better paints. It was a shock to experience the difference in the quality of pigment. The larger watercolors are
11” x 14”
The first two small watercolors were done as student examples on 4” x 5” “Polaroid-type watercolors of a place you would like to go and a place you have been. My place to go would be Alaska and the place.I’ve'.been in Alley Springs, Missouri.
